A South Asian meeting in preparation for FABC 2020 was held in Mumbai on 29 and 30 April 2019. Apostolic nuncio Gian Battista di Quatro, Cardinal Oswald Gracias, Cardinal Allencherry, other five archbishops and bishops, representatives from various conferences were present from South Asia. Auxiliary Bishop Alwyn D' Silva of Mumbai co-ordinated it efficiently. Sr Rose Celine BS participated in it in the capacity of President of National Conference of Religious (Women's section). The challenges facing the church in Asia our responses in order to make the church relevant to the times were discussed.
