Feb 2, 2017 :1st Feb 2017 will remain as a memorable day in the annuls of Bethany as 25 young and vibrant junior sisters made a decision to enter into three months of intensive Formation, on the theme “Transformation unto Christ,” at Bethany Mother House, Mangalore, a place where Bethany took its roots. It was a moment of grace, witnessed by the members of Generalate and Mother House Community.
Citing from the letter of St Paul to the Romans 12:1-2, Sr Rose Celine, the Superior General, brought home the message that we are not to be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of mind, that we may prove what is the will of God, what is good, acceptable and perfect. She recalled the five R’s – to revive, to review, to renew, to refresh and to re-energize, and enlightened the Juniors sisters of the purpose of the programme. Thereafter they were felicitated and were extended a floral welcome by Sr Rose Celine, the Superior General, Sr Lillis, the General Coordinator for Formation, the Generalate team, Sr Leena, the Superior and members of the Mother House Community.
