Bangalore,4 August:“This is the day the Lord has made, Let us rejoice and be glad”
These were the sentiments of all the 20 Bethany Lay associates of Jyothi Nilaya community, Bangalore, as they renewed their commitment and spent a day in prayer and reflection on 29th July 2018. At the outset Sr Bonita, the provincial superior, welcomed them and gave them a befitting message. Sr Ann Teresa, the resource person, explained to them the charism and spirituality of Bethany and mission of the Congregation.Besides that, she also spoke on the Apostolic Exhortation:Gaudete Et Exsultate of the Holy Father Pope Francis. All the BLA members were grateful to Sr Mary Cicilia and Sr Susan and the community who made their day a memorable one.
