Sr M Trinita BS (80) nee Celine Joseph of Bethany Congregation, Southern Province, passed away on April 24, 2020 at 7pm at Eudes Convent, West Hill, Calicut. She hails from Kottapadi, Trissur District of Kerala from the Diocese of Trissur. She is the daughter of late Mr CR Joseph and Mrs ET Mary of Chowalloor House. Her funeral rites were held at Eudes Convent- West Hill, on April 25th, 2020 at 08.30 am.
Sr Trinita joined Bethany Congregation as a teacher, and rendered her service at St Michael’s West Hill, St Joseph’s Convent School Kalpetta, St Paul’s School Thenhipalam and Stella Maris, Puthenthope. Sr Trinita served in the communities of Puthenthope, Kalpetta, Thenhipalm, Chempanoda, Chevayur and West Hill.
She was a committed and dedicated teacher. She was suffering from rheumatism from many years yet continued her services in our Schools until she was fully incapacitated. She was also engaged in Social work activities at Chempanoda. She was suffering intensely for the past two years and was bedridden due to paralysis until she was called for her eternal reward on April 24th evening.
Eternal rest grant unto her O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon her; may she rest in peace.
