Bethany 28 August:The Congregational level annual meet of Vocation Animators commenced at 8.45 a.m. on Thursday 16th of August 2018. In all 25 participants were present. In her inaugural address, Sr Rose Celine the Superior General quoted II Cor 3/6: “he who sows sparingly will reap sparingly, the one who sows bountifully will reap bountifully”. Hence those who work hard and walk miles will be able to accomplish much. Therefore making sacrifice cannot be dispensed. She expressed concern about the dearth of vocations, and the family structure which is breaking down today.
Highlighting the concerns in the ministry of vocation animation Sr Lilitta expressed that we need to cast the net at the ‘right side’ as done by Jesus.
