Puthenthope March 23,2018:Falling in line with the universal church “The year of youth” was inaugurated on 4th March 2018 in St. Ignatius church Puthenthope TVM on the coastal area of Arabian Sea. It was done during the Holy Mass officiated by Asst. Vicar Fr. Jobins during which the youth of the parish actively participated. They placed the logo with the caption “In collaboration with church in all the aspects of the church. The parish has a store of rich, energetic and powerful youth with good hearts to do something better for God and people. Sr. BeenaAlphonsa the animator of the youth ministry of the parish organized an orientation program in prior to it led by Fr. LelinRajandiocesian Youth director. In the discussion that followed they prepared a year bound action plan focusing on moral, spiritual and social life. They resolved to make use of the resources for wellbeing of the less privileged section of the society. And now the planned activities are on swing. We hope they will be the light of the world and salt of the earth and become a blessing to everyone.
