Sr M Appolonia BS (88) Mary KV – Kakkathuruthel, of the Congregation of the Sisters of the Little flower of Bethany, Mangalore, passed away on Wednesday February 1st 2017 the eve of her 88th Birthday at Lourdes Convent Pallikunnu, Southern Province. She hails from Punnathara in Kottayam District belonging to Changanacherry Diocese and is the daughter of late Mr Varghese and Mrs Aley. She is the younger sister of Late Sr Fermosa BS belonged to Mangalore Province. She has served in our communities at Eudes Convent West Hill, Lourdes Convent Pallikkunnu, St Joseph’s Convent Kalpetta and Fathima Convent, Mariapuram .
Her funeral cortege leaves Lourdes Convent, Pallikunnu at 2.30 pm on 2nd Feb 2017 followed by the Holy Mass and funeral rites at Lourdu Matha Church Pallikunnu.
